3. Cookie Duration:
- The cookie duration is set at 30 days. Affiliates will receive credit for sales made within this period after a customer clicks on their referral link.
4. Payment Frequency:
- Morialz aims to provide timely and reliable payments. Payments are processed bi-monthly or more frequently if accounting capacities allow. Large commission amounts may be subject to more frequent payments.
5. Payment Method:
- Payments are made via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details to ensure successful transactions.
6. Performance-Based Tiers:
- Affiliates may progress through performance-based tiers, unlocking higher commission rates as they achieve specific sales targets. Morialz may adjust tier criteria based on program performance.
7. Bonus Structures:
- Morialz may introduce bonus structures for outstanding affiliate performance. Bonuses may be awarded for surpassing monthly sales targets or achieving exceptional results within a defined timeframe.
8. Marketing Guidelines:
- Affiliates must adhere to Morialz’s marketing guidelines. This includes using approved promotional materials provided by Morialz, accurately representing the product, and refraining from engaging in unethical or misleading marketing practices.
9. Termination:
- Morialz reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violating these terms and conditions or engaging in activities deemed harmful to Morialz’s brand or reputation.
10. Changes to Terms: – Morialz may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the updated terms.
